Brazilian Ground Coffee 250g The very same coffee we serve in both of our coffee bars - this is a classic full bodied, low acidity Brazil coffee with delicious chocolate and nutty flavours. A fantastic coffee for both espresso and milk based drinks. Wholebaens are also available as is a decaffinated option. Fazenda Palmital is one of our favourite Brazils. Firstly, its a classic Brazilian cup profile with loads of nuts and milk chocolate. Secondly, their coffee is brilliantly consistent and full bodied. The farm is located in southern Minas Gerais. Its close to the district of Cabo Verde. The farm dates to the 1920s when it was founded by Joaquim Sebastião de Souza. The current owner is his grandson. Over the years, Fazenda Palmital has built a tradition of producing top quality coffee in a sustainable way. All workers have full legal benefits. The farm provides employees and their families with free transportation to school and medical care in Cabo Verde. Lots of chocolate, from dark to milk, praline, caramel and light biscuitty notes.
